gluten-free bread?

The cats are asleep on the couch and I'm working from home today. Chester is at my feet. I think I have a gluten allergy. I just tried my very first piece of brown rice bread. Very good! I smothered it in smart balance butter and ate it with baked beans. I bet it would taste great with some turkey bacon too and an egg. mmmm.
